Meet John Ramotowski, MSc, CHNC

Me To The Max was built upon founder, John Ramotowski’s extensive background of nutritional and fitness-related education. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, John graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition right here in Calgary, AB as valedictorian in 2012. He holds a Certified Holistic Nutrition consultant designation, and graduated from the American College of Healthcare Sciences in Portland, OR with a Master of Science degree in Holistic Nutrition in 2016. Finally, John is also a Personal Training Specialist, having received his official PTS designation from CANFITPRO in 2013.

Making use of this vast breadth of knowledge, education, and accumulated skillsets, John poured his heart and soul into the creation of Me To The Max, all in pursuit of the idea that nutrition and health don’t have to be hard to understand – they just have gel with each person’s lifestyle in a way that appeals to them, creating the opportunity for powerful, sustainable change.

The end result is custom-crafted step-by-step plans built on the needs and strengths of each client John has the pleasure of encountering. This resulting in a powerful set of tools that each and every Me To The Max client will be able to use to maintain their new, healthy lifestyle well after the program’s conclusion.
